1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client under the Blaze Builder Website Package:

Package Deliverables

1. Website Design & Development

   • Up to 10 pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Blog, Contact, and more as needed)
   • Custom, modern design with advanced visual elements (animations, hover effects, etc.)
   • Responsive Design optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices

2. Advanced CMS Integration

   • CMS integration with advanced customization
   • Training session and documentation on managing and updating your website

3. Advanced SEO Setup

   • Full SEO optimization for all pages, including keyword research, SEO-friendly URL structures, meta descriptions, and image alt tags
   • Installation of advanced SEO plugins/tools

4. Blog or Portfolio Integration

   • Setup and design of a blog or portfolio section to showcase your work or content
   • Training on how to add new posts or portfolio items

5. E-Commerce Integration (Optional)

   • Integration of a basic e-commerce setup (up to 10 products) with payment gateway configuration (Stripe or WooCommerce)

6. Custom Forms & Features

   • Integration of custom forms (e.g., contact forms, lead generation forms)
   • Newsletter signup integration (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)

7. Advanced Analytics & Tracking

   • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel setup
   • Monthly analytics report for the first 3 months

8. Website Security & Backup

   • SSL Certificate installation for secure browsing
   • Monthly backups and security monitoring for the first month
   • You must purchase a Sizzle Care Plan to maintain your investment.

9. 60-Second Sizzle Reel (Promo Video)

   • A custom 60-second promotional video designed for the front page of your website
   • Client to provide video clips and/or photos for use in the reel
   • Sizzle will provide:
     • Scriptwriting to ensure a compelling message
     • Animated text overlays to highlight key points
     • Background music to match the vibe and energy of your brand
     • Motion graphics and transitions to bring your content to life

2. Timeline

• The Blaze Builder package operates on a 4-6 week timeline, with design, development, and integration completed within this period.
• Sizzle will provide a detailed project timeline with milestones and deadlines.

3. Payment Terms

The total fee for the Blaze Builder Website Package is $7,500.

• 50% Deposit: Due upon signing this agreement to begin the project.
• 25% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of the design phase.
• 25% Final Payment: Due upon project completion and before the website is launched.

Payments will be made online via the payment link emailed after the initial purchase and must be paid within 5 business days to start the next phase.

4. Revisions and Feedback

• The Client is entitled to 3 rounds of revisions per stage (design and development). Additional revisions will be billed at $95/hour.
• Feedback should be provided within 5 business days of receiving each stage to ensure timely progress.
• A project stall fee will of $50/week will be applied if the client does not keep the project moving forward within 14 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to any necessary assets, branding materials, or content required for the website design and development.
• Be available for scheduled meetings, feedback sessions, and approval of content and design drafts.
• Purchase Sizzle Care Plan to maintain their investment.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the final website design and development.
• Sizzle retains the right to use select elements or screenshots of the project for promotional purposes in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Use of Work & Client Headshot for Promotional Purposes

The Client agrees that Sizzle may use the completed website design, as well as any provided client headshots or brand assets, for promotional purposes, including portfolio showcases, social media, or case studies. Please notify us in writing if you wish to limit this usage.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.

9. Termination and Cancellation

• This Agreement may be canceled by either party with 30 days written notice. The deposit is non-refundable if canceled after project commencement.
• No refunds will be provided for partial work completed up to the cancellation date.

10. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States.
