The Brand Transformer Package

1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client as part of The Brand Transformer Package:

  1. Brand Discovery Session
    • A comprehensive session to explore the client’s brand vision, mission, values, and market positioning.
  2. Logo Design & Visual Identity Package
    • Development of a unique logo, color palette, typography, and visual brand elements.
  3. Website Design & Development
    • Custom website design and development, including up to 8 pages, mobile responsiveness, basic SEO optimization, and content integration.
  4. Content Plan & Strategy
    • Creation of a comprehensive content plan and strategy for the client’s brand, including suggestions for website content, social media, and marketing campaigns.

2. Timeline

The project will commence on the purchase date and is estimated to be completed in 30 calendar days. The timeline is subject to change based on timely feedback and approval from the Client, as outlined in Sizzle’s Client Relationship Agreement.

3. Payment Terms

The total fee for The Brand Transformer package is $15,000.

4. Revisions and Feedback

  • The Client is entitled to up to three (3) rounds of revisions for each project phase (Brand Discovery, Logo Design, Website Design, and Content Plan).
  • Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $95/hour.
  • Timely feedback is essential to maintain the project timeline, as outlined in Sizzle’s Project Stall Fee Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe to ensure the project stays on track.
  • The Client will designate a primary point of contact for communication throughout the project.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the Client will own all rights to the final deliverables.
  • Sizzle retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information, documents, and project details confidential and will not share them with any third party without written consent, in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.

8. Termination and Cancellation

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement in writing with 14 days’ notice.
  • In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability, but will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted by Missouri, United States laws.
