The Consistent Creator

1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client as part of The Consistent Creator Package:

  1. Bi-Monthly Strategy Call
    • Two 1-hour strategy calls per month to discuss content plans, feedback, and ensure alignment with the client’s brand goals and objectives.
  2. 2 x Social Media Videos
    • Production of two high-quality social media videos per month, optimized for engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
  3. 6 x Social Media Posts
    • Creation of six custom-designed social media posts each month, incorporating branded visuals and messaging that align with the client’s content strategy.
  4. 1 x Email Campaign
    • Development and execution of one email campaign per month, including copywriting, design, and scheduling to engage your audience effectively.

2. Timeline

  • The Consistent Creator package operates on a monthly basis, with content produced and delivered regularly according to a pre-agreed schedule.
  • Sizzle will provide a content calendar outlining the production and publishing timeline.

3. Payment Terms

The total fee for The Consistent Creator Package is $2,000 per month.

  • Monthly payments are due before the service month’s beginning.

4. Revisions and Feedback

  • The Client is entitled to one (1) round of revisions per video, post, or email campaign. Additional revisions will be billed at $95/hour.
  • Feedback should be provided within 3 business days of receiving each piece of content to ensure timely publishing.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to any necessary assets, branding materials, or platform credentials needed for content creation and distribution.
  • Be available for the Bi-Monthly Strategy Calls and provide timely feedback on content drafts.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the final content created under this package.
  • Sizzle retains the right to use select content for promotional purposes in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.

8. Termination and Cancellation

  • This Agreement is on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled by either party with 30 days written notice.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services.

9. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States.
