The Engagement Engine

1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client as part of The Engagement Engine Package:

  1. Monthly Strategy Call

    • A 1-hour strategy session with our team to discuss content plans, audience engagement tactics, and upcoming projects to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  2. 4x Video Posts per Month

    • Production of four high-quality video posts tailored to your brand and designed to engage your audience across multiple platforms.

  3. 18x Graphic Posts per Month

    • Creation of 18 custom graphic posts, including images, infographics, and branded visuals to boost your social media presence.

  4. 1,000-Word Blog Post

    • A professionally written, SEO-friendly blog post each month to enhance your content strategy and drive organic traffic.

  5. Monthly Email Campaign

    • A fully designed and written email campaign to keep your audience engaged and informed.

  6. Publishing & Distribution

    • Posting content to the following platforms:
      • YouTube
      • TikTok
      • Instagram
      • Facebook
      • Google Business Profile
      • LinkedIn

2. Timeline

  • The Engagement Engine package operates on a monthly basis, with new content being produced, reviewed, and published regularly each week.
  • Sizzle will provide a detailed content calendar outlining the production and publishing schedule.

3. Payment Terms

The total fee for The Engagement Engine Package is $5,000 per month.

  • Monthly payments are due before the service month’s beginning.

4. Revisions and Feedback

  • The Client is entitled to one (1) round of revisions per content piece (video post, graphic post, blog post, and email campaign). Additional revisions will be billed at $95/hour.
  • Feedback should be provided within 3 business days of receiving each content piece to ensure timely publishing.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to any necessary assets, branding materials, or platform credentials needed for publishing.
  • Be available for the Monthly Strategy Call and provide timely feedback on content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the final content created under this package.
  • Sizzle retains the right to use select content for promotional purposes in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.

8. Termination and Cancellation

  • This Agreement is on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services.

9. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States..
