Email Newsletter Management Services

 

1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client under the FireWire Email Newsletter Management Package:

Package Deliverables

Email Newsletter Management

  • One email newsletter/bulk email blast per week delivered consistently each week.
  • Emails will be designed, written, and scheduled for delivery to the Client’s email list.

Writing & Content Creation

  • Each email will contain up to 500 words of custom content, aligned with the Client’s brand voice and messaging.
  • Content includes subject lines, preheader text, and engaging body copy designed to maximize open rates and click-through rates (CTRs).

Design & Formatting

  • Custom email design for each blast, incorporating the Client’s brand colors, fonts, and imagery.
  • Use of responsive design to ensure emails display correctly on mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.

Scheduling & Sending

  • Emails will be scheduled and sent using the Client’s preferred email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Sizzle will manage the scheduling and execution of each email blast to ensure timely delivery.

List Management & Segmentation

  • Assistance with email list segmentation to target specific audiences or groups within your list.
  • Ongoing list maintenance, including removal of bounced or unsubscribed addresses.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Monthly email performance report, including key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

2. Timeline

The FireWire package operates on a weekly basis, with email newsletters sent once per week as agreed upon in the content calendar. A detailed schedule will be provided at the beginning of each month.


3. Pricing

The total fee for the FireWire Email Newsletter Management Package is $600 per month.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for the FireWire service will be auto-debited on a monthly basis via the payment method provided on Sizzle’s website.
  • The first payment must be made via the website before the start of the service month, and subsequent payments will be auto-debited on the 1st of each month.
  • By signing this agreement, the Client authorizes Sizzle to process automatic monthly payments until the service is canceled.

5. Revisions and Feedback

  • The Client is entitled to 1 round of revisions per email to ensure satisfaction.
  • Feedback must be provided within 3 business days of receiving each email draft to ensure timely scheduling.
  • A project stall fee of $25/week will be applied if the client does not provide feedback or approvals within 7 business days.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to the email marketing platform, subscriber lists, brand assets, and any necessary content or information required for email creation.
  • Be available for scheduled meetings, feedback sessions, and approval of email drafts.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the final written content and email designs.
  • Sizzle retains the right to use select elements or screenshots of the email newsletters for promotional purposes in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Use of Work & Client Headshot for Promotional Purposes

The Client agrees that Sizzle may use the completed email newsletters, as well as any provided client headshots or brand assets, for promotional purposes, including portfolio showcases, social media, or case studies. Please notify us in writing if you wish to limit this usage.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.


10. Termination and Cancellation

  • This Agreement may be canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
  • The auto-debit service will be discontinued once the 30-day notice period is complete.

11. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.


12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States.
