1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client as part of The Momentum Maker Package:

1. Monthly Strategy Call
   • A 1-hour strategy call to discuss video content plans, messaging, and engagement tactics to ensure that the videos align with the client’s brand goals and audience expectations.
2. Monthly Video Production
   • High-quality video production services, including pre-production planning, on-location shooting, editing, sound design, and post-production work, resulting in a polished final product.
   • Videos will be tailored to the client’s brand needs and objectives, ensuring engaging, professional-quality content.
   • Production Equipment: We utilize up to three cameras, two wireless microphones, and two large lights, all supported by tripods and stands to ensure high-quality video and audio capture.
3. Custom Motion Graphics
   • Incorporation of custom motion graphics to enhance the visual appeal of each video, making the content more engaging and dynamic.
4. We Travel to You
   • Our director will travel to your location for the video shoot to capture authentic footage that represents your brand.

2. Timeline

• The Momentum Maker package operates on a monthly basis, with video production taking place according to a mutually agreed-upon schedule.
• Sizzle will provide a detailed production timeline, from initial planning to the final delivery of each video.

3. Payment Terms

The total fee for The Momentum Maker Package is $6,500 per month.

• Monthly payments are due before the service month’s beginning.

4. Revisions and Feedback

• The Client is entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions per video. Additional revisions will be billed at $95/hour.
• Feedback should be provided within 5 business days of receiving each video to ensure timely completion and publishing.

5. Travel Costs

• Travel expenses (flights, accommodation, meals, transportation, etc.) are billed separately to the Client.
• An estimated travel charge will be provided before each shoot, and the Client is responsible for covering these costs in advance.
• Any additional or unexpected travel expenses will be discussed with the Client before incurring any charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to the necessary location(s), assets, branding materials, or equipment needed for the video shoot.
• Be available for the Monthly Strategy Call and provide timely feedback on video drafts and edits.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the final video content created under this package.
• Sizzle retains the right to use select video clips for promotional purposes in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.

9. Termination and Cancellation

• This Agreement is on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled by either party with 30 days written notice.
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services.

10. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States.
