Product & Service Photography

1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client under the SparkShots Photography Package:

Package Deliverables

Full-Day Custom Photo Shoot

• A full-day photo shoot at your desired location, capturing your products, services, team, or brand environment.
• Great for showcasing your product range, service offerings, or branding visuals in a way that stands out and connects with your audience.

High-Quality Image Capture

• Up to 2,000 images will be taken throughout the day to ensure a variety of shots, angles, and compositions.
• Using professional camera gear, including high-resolution cameras, lenses, background setups, and lighting equipment.

Editing & Finalization

• Up to 500 images will be selected, enhanced, and fully edited, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Each image will be adjusted for color, lighting, cropping, and basic retouching.

Delivery of Final Images

• Finalized images will be submitted as high-resolution JPG files, ideal for use in print, digital marketing, websites, social media, and more.
• Images will be delivered via a secure online gallery or file-sharing platform within 10 business days after the shoot.

Optional Additional Retouching/Compositing

• Additional retouching or image compositing services are available at $95/hour if required.

2. Pricing

The total fee for the SparkShots Photography Package is $2,500, plus travel expenses (if applicable).

• Travel expenses will be estimated and approved by the Client prior to the shoot.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments will be made online via the payment link provided by Sizzle.
• Travel expenses will be invoiced separately outside of this payment and must be paid before image delivery.

4. Revisions and Additional Editing

• The Client is entitled to up to 500 finalized images with basic editing included.
• Any additional retouching or compositing requests will be billed at $95/hour.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to the shoot location, any necessary products, props, or branding materials needed for the photo shoot.
• Be available on the scheduled shoot date and ensure any required team members, models, or representatives are present.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the finalized images for their marketing, advertising, website, social media, or internal purposes.
• Sizzle retains the copyright of all images and retains the right to use selected photos for promotional purposes, including portfolio showcases, social media, or case studies.

7. Use of Work & Client Headshot for Promotional Purposes

The Client agrees that Sizzle may use the completed photographs, as well as any provided client headshots or brand assets, for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing if you wish to limit this usage.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.

9. Travel Expenses

• Travel expenses will be billed separately based on actual travel costs (e.g., mileage, airfare, lodging, etc.).
• An estimate will be provided for the Client’s approval before travel arrangements are made.

10. Cancellation Policy

• The Client may cancel or reschedule the photo shoot with 14 days’ written notice prior to the shoot date.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled shoot date.

11. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the photo shoot.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States.
