1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client as part of The Visual Storyteller Package:

1. Audience Growth Strategy Call
   • A 1-hour call with our team to discuss growth strategies, content ideas, and distribution plans to help expand your podcast’s reach.
2. 4x Video Podcasts Per Month
   • Remote Recording
   • Production of four high-quality video podcast episodes per month, designed for optimal engagement on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
   • Each episode will be no more than 30 minutes long.
3. Episode Transcription & Show Notes
   • Full transcription of each episode, along with professionally written show notes that include episode highlights, timestamps, and relevant links.
4. Intro/Outro Refresh
   • Creation or refresh of your podcast’s intro and outro to maintain a consistent, engaging brand identity.
5. Publishing & Distribution
   • Publishing each episode to the following platforms:
     • Apple Podcasts
     • Spotify
     • YouTube
     • TikTok
     • Instagram
     • Facebook
     • Google Business Profile
     • LinkedIn

2. Timeline

• The Visual Storyteller package operates on a monthly basis, with new episodes being recorded, edited, and published each week.
• Sizzle will provide a detailed content calendar outlining the production and publishing schedule.

3. Payment Terms

The total fee for The Visual Storyteller Package is $6,000 per month.

• Monthly payments are due before the service month’s beginning.

4. Revisions and Feedback

• The Client is entitled to one (1) round of revisions per video podcast episode. Additional revisions will be billed at $95/hour.
• Feedback should be provided within 3 business days of receiving the episode to ensure timely publishing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to any necessary assets, branding materials, or platform credentials needed for publishing.
• Be available for the monthly Audience Growth Strategy Call and provide timely feedback on episode edits.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the final video podcast episodes.
• Sizzle retains the right to use select clips for promotional purposes in our portfolio and marketing materials.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.

8. Termination and Cancellation

• This Agreement is on a month-to-month basis and may be canceled by either party with 30 days written notice.
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services.

9. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States.
