1. Scope of Work

Sizzle agrees to provide the following services to the Client under the WordFlare Content Writing Package:

Package Deliverables

Monthly Content Creation

  • One long-form article per month (up to 1,200 words) designed for multipurpose use (e.g., website, newsletter, blog post, email campaign, and social media content).
  • Article will be fully researched, professionally written, and SEO-optimized to ensure it aligns with your brand voice and target audience.

Research & Strategy

  • In-depth research into the Client’s industry, competitors, and target audience to ensure the article is relevant, engaging, and effective.
  • Development of a content strategy that aligns with the Client’s goals and marketing objectives.

Adaptation for Multiple Platforms

  • Newsletter Version: A condensed version of the article tailored for email newsletters (around 400 words).
  • Social Media Posts: Up to 5 social media posts based on the article, formatted for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter (each post up to 150 words).
  • Blog Post/Website: SEO-optimized version for publishing on the Client’s website or blog, complete with meta descriptions and image sourcing.

Keyword Optimization

  • Integration of relevant keywords to enhance SEO performance for the article and related posts.

Content Review & Revisions

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions per article to ensure it meets your expectations and objectives.

2. Timeline

  • The first draft of the monthly article will be delivered within 10 business days of the topic being approved.
  • Revisions, if needed, will be completed within 5 business days of receiving feedback.

3. Pricing

The total fee for the WordFlare Content Writing Service is $500 per month.


4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for the WordFlare Content Writing Service will be auto-debited on a monthly basis via the payment method provided on Sizzle’s website.
  • The first payment must be made via the website before the start of the service month, and subsequent payments will be auto-debited on the 1st of each month.
  • By signing this agreement, the Client authorizes Sizzle to process automatic monthly payments until the service is canceled.

5. Revisions and Feedback

  • The Client is entitled to 2 rounds of revisions per article to ensure satisfaction.
  • Feedback should be provided within 5 business days of receiving each draft to ensure timely progress.
  • A project stall fee of $50/week will be applied if the client does not provide feedback or approvals within 14 business days.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to any necessary resources, brand guidelines, and existing content required for writing and research.
  • Be available for scheduled meetings, feedback sessions, and approval of drafts.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, the Client owns the rights to the final written content.
  • Sizzle retains the right to use select excerpts or screenshots of the content for promotional purposes in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Use of Work & Client Headshot for Promotional Purposes

The Client agrees that Sizzle may use the completed written content, as well as any provided client headshots or brand assets, for promotional purposes, including portfolio showcases, social media, or case studies. Please notify us in writing if you wish to limit this usage.


9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information in alignment with Sizzle’s Secure Information Policy.


10. Termination and Cancellation

  • This Agreement may be canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
  • The auto-debit service will be discontinued once the 30-day notice period is complete.

11. Liability

Sizzle will perform the services to the best of its ability but will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.


12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States.
