For schools, faith communities & nonprofits

Your brand, your site, your systems, and AI that's safe to use.

We're the studio behind the software schools already run their nights on. Bring us the logo nobody agrees on, the website nobody can update, the spreadsheet holding the whole operation together, or the AI question your board keeps asking. We fix it at a fixed price, stated before work starts.

  • Fixed price, in writing
  • Board-signature entry points
  • No ads, never sell family data
  • Since 2002

We don't just build for schools. We run software for them. The same team builds and supports

Four lanes, one team

Start with the one that's costing you the most.

Each lane stands on its own. Take one, take all four, or take them one budget year at a time. Same team, same support, same design bar either way.

Brand

Three logos and a mascot from 2009.

A logo in four versions, colors that change by who made the flyer, and a Canva folder nobody can find the password to.

What you get
  • Logo refresh or full identity system
  • Colors, type, and a voice guide volunteers can actually follow
  • Ready-to-use templates: newsletter, flyer, social, signage
  • A one-page brand guide your office and PTA both keep
Fixed price
Quoted after the audit, before any work starts

Website

The site the last volunteer built.

Only one person knows how to update it, the calendar is from last spring, and families call the office to ask what it already says.

What you get
  • A fast, accessible site your staff can update without calling us
  • Calendar, news, and staff pages that stay current
  • Sign-ups, conferences, tickets, and giving plugged straight in
  • Hosting, security, and updates handled through Sizzle Care

Software

The whole operation runs on duct tape.

Volunteer hours in a spreadsheet, board packets in six inboxes, and camp rosters printed with last year’s allergies.

What you get
  • Volunteer hubs, family portals, and board rooms
  • Facility booking, camp registration, and intake tracking
  • Fundraiser engines and grant & compliance trackers
  • Or the system nobody has built yet: bring us the mess
$15–60K
Eight fixed-price builds · Discovery Sprint $3,500–$5,000

AI

Everyone’s using AI. Nobody wrote the rules.

Staff paste family emails into free chatbots, the board keeps asking for a policy, and no one has time to figure out what is safe.

What you get
  • A plain-English AI use policy your board can adopt
  • Accounts set up so student and family data stays out of model training
  • Workflows for newsletters, family messages, grant drafts, and minutes
  • Hands-on staff training plus a written playbook
From $1,500
Team setup with training for up to 8 staff: $3,500

How it works

No procurement maze. No year-long rollout.

  1. 01

    Duct-tape audit

Thirty minutes, free, no pitch. You tell us what is held together with tape. We tell you which lane fits, or whether a free tool honestly covers it.

  2. 02

    A fixed price, in writing

Small jobs get a quote. Bigger builds start with a Discovery Sprint that pins the scope. Either way, you see the number before you commit.

  3. 03

We build, you see it weekly

Weekly progress updates and a real person on the other end. No black box, and no surprise invoice at the end.

  4. 04

    Handoff, then we stay

Training for your staff, 30 days of bug fixes on us, and ongoing care through Sizzle Care if you want it.

For your business office

Priced for the way boards and committees actually say yes.

We've sat through the budget meetings too. Hand this section to whoever signs.

01

Board-signature entry points

The Discovery Sprint, the AI setup, and several builds sit in the range most boards approve on a signature, with no formal bid process.

02

Phases that fit fiscal years

Phase 1 fixes this year’s mess. Phase 2 lands in next year’s budget. We resize scope; we don’t discount quality.

03

The procurement packet

W-9, insurance, references, our data-export guarantee, and a board-packet one-pager your champion can present without us. Sent within an hour of asking.

Questions

Before you book

Do we have to use Sizzle products to work with you?

No. Every lane stands on its own. If you already run SignUpGo, EventTicketGo, or the rest, we plug them into your new site and systems. If you don’t, nothing changes.

Can we start small?

Yes, and most organizations do. Pick one lane, like an AI policy and staff training or a brand refresh, fix that, and decide on the next piece when you are ready.

Who do you work with?

Schools and districts, PTAs and PTOs, congregations, and nonprofits. If you run community nights, programs, or a front office, you are who we build for.

How does pricing work?

Every project is fixed-price, and the price is stated in writing before work starts. Custom software builds run $15K to $60K depending on scope, which a Discovery Sprint ($3,500 to $5,000) pins down first.

Is AI safe to use with student and family information?

It can be, if it is set up on purpose. We configure accounts so your data is not used to train models, write a use policy your board can adopt, and train staff on what should never be pasted into any tool.

What do you need from our business office?

Usually nothing unusual. Ask and we send the W-9, certificate of insurance, references, and a board-packet one-pager within the hour.

What's your duct tape?

Thirty minutes, no pitch. You leave knowing which lane fits, roughly what it costs, and whether you need us at all.
