By using timetosizzle.com and related Sizzle products or services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services

Custom software, websites, products, and care plans are provided under separate proposals, statements of work, or product terms. Those documents control if they conflict with this page.

Website use

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape in a way that harms service, or misuse forms and portals. Content on this site is owned by Sizzle or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Accounts & portals

If you receive portal or product access, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Your content

Some products and portals let you upload, submit, or store content, such as files, form responses, messages, and project materials ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant Sizzle a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, copy, display, and process Your Content solely to operate and provide the services to you and as described in our Privacy Policy. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for content we are required to retain by law or that remains in routine backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for Your Content, and you represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate the law. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious (including malware), or that you lack permission to share. Sizzle does not routinely monitor Your Content and is not responsible for it, but we may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it violates these terms or the law. You agree to indemnify Sizzle against claims arising from Your Content or your misuse of the services.

Payments

Fees for projects and subscriptions are as stated in your agreement or checkout flow. Unless otherwise written, work fees are non-refundable once the corresponding phase has started.

Disclaimers

The website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sizzle disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is in courts located in St. Louis County or the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
