Stillago is a structured nine-section operational manual (First 48 Hours through Keeping It Alive) designed for kin at 2am. Built on Next.js App Router, MongoDB Atlas, Stripe, and Resend, with AES-256-GCM field-level encryption, passwordless OTP + httpOnly JWTs, rate limiting, timing-safe cron auth, and one-year audit TTL. Ring the Bell implements a graduated dead-man switch with dispute and snooze paths. Fresh Check drives weekly field confirmation. A fractional CFO surface adds portfolio health, invites, and co-branding for kin. Letter of Intent layers intent above the manual with a wizard, complexity routing, and attorney-drafted offline templates when appropriate.
